Annual retreat 2023

We do hope you can join us for the full weekend from 3pm Friday 27 October through until 10am Monday 30 October. If you can’t make it for the full weekend, we have lots of options to allow you to still participate. Details including pricing are listed in booking section below. There is an early bird discount price on accomodation bookings until 3 September.
 

Greenhills Retreat is fully catered with all meals including morning and afternoon tea and
supper. The catering staff are very careful and can look after most dietary requirements if
you let us know when you book.
 

You can look forward to the familiar CSW Retreat experiences including happy hour each evening; Saturday fashion parade followed by Show and Tell for the rest of the weekend; informal mini-workshops, and, after the hugely successful 2022 experience, who would want to miss the new feature, the Silent Auction on Sunday afternoon. And the shop will be there in perhaps a new format. More to come on that. And if you are thinking about bringing something for Show & Tell – we are aiming to get everyone thinking about the theme of our November Exhibition Transformation with a Twist & a Turn – so see if you can build that into your item(s) to be part of a special section of the Fashion Parade and Show & Tell.
 

Accommodation is based on shared ensuite rooms with bunk beds (bottom bunks only). BYO bedding. Pillows and blankets supplied unless you want to book for a Linen Pack.
 

Most rooms are twin share but a few larger rooms are available for 3 or 4 people if specifically requested. Very limited rooms are available to single occupants and is allocated on needs base only. If seeking a single room please specify your reason for requesting a single room. We will do our best to accommodate room groups and single rooms where we can.

 

Bookings close at midnight on 8 October 2023.

 

Bookings cancelled prior to 11 October attract a cancellation fee of $50. No refunds available after 11 October 2023.
