Annual retreat 2024
We do hope you can join us for the full weekend from 3pm Friday 1 November through until 10am
Monday 4 November. If you can’t make it for the full weekend, we have various part weekend or
day options to allow you to still participate.
Greenhills Retreat is fully catered with all meals including morning and afternoon tea and supper.
The catering staff are very careful and can look after most dietary requirements if you let us know
when you book.
CSW Retreat experiences includes happy hour each evening; Saturday fashion parade followed by
Show and Tell for the rest of the weekend; informal mini-workshops; and the Silent Auction on
Sunday afternoon. Plenty of fibre and yarn shopping will be available with various traders
throughout the weekend. Please bring something for Show & Tell – we are aiming to get everyone
thinking about the theme of our November Exhibition Regeneration – so see if you can build that
into your item(s) to be part of a special section of the Fashion Parade and Show & Tell.
Accommodation is based on shared ensuite rooms with bunk beds (bottom bunks only). BYO
bedding. Pillows and blankets supplied unless you want to book for a Linen Pack.
Most rooms are twin share but a few larger rooms are available for 3 or 4 people if specifically
requested. If you have mobility issues please be sure to provide information we will need to assist in room allocation. Very limited rooms are available to single occupants and are allocated on needs-base only. If seeking a single room please specify your reason for requesting a single room. We will do our best to accommodate room groups and single rooms where we can.

Book via Try Booking opening on August 10 and closing on October 10.
No refunds will be available after October 10.
We do have limitations on the number of bookings we can take (because of our 2 per room
arrangement) and the space in the auditorium so make sure you book early to be sure to be able to join us at Greenhills 2024. We look forward to welcoming you again in 2024.
