Get ready for CSW Greenhills Retreat 7 to 10 November 2025

We do hope you can join us for the full weekend from 3pm Friday 7 November through until 10am Monday 10 November 2025.  If you can’t make it for the full weekend, we have various part weekend or day options to allow you to still participate.  Details including pricing are listed in the Booking Options table below. And a reminder, we are moving to biennial so the next Greenhills will be 2027.

 

Greenhills Retreat is fully catered with all meals including morning and afternoon tea and supper. The catering staff are very careful and can look after most dietary requirements if you let us know when you book.  Greenhills is nut free so nut products or derivatives cannot be brought on to the site.

 

CSW Retreat experiences includes happy hour each evening; Saturday fashion parade followed by Show and Tell for the rest of the weekend; informal mini-workshops; and the Silent Auction on Sunday afternoon. Plenty of fibre and yarn shopping will be available with various traders throughout the weekend. Please bring something for Show & Tell, there is no special theme this year so we look forward to wonderful creations and stories to tell.

 

Accommodation is based on shared ensuite rooms with bunk beds (bottom bunks only).  BYO linen.  Pillows and blankets supplied unless you want to book for a Linen Pack. 

 

Most rooms are twin share but a few larger rooms are available for 3 or 4 people if specifically requested.  If you have mobility issues please be sure to provide information we will need to assist in room allocation. Very limited rooms are available to single occupants and are allocated on needs-base only.  If seeking a single room please specify your reason for requesting a single room.  We will do our best to accommodate room groups and single rooms where we can.  

 

What you need to do:  Book via Try Booking with bookings closing on October 10.  

No refunds will be available after October 10.

We do have limitations on the number of bookings we can take (because of our 2 per room arrangement) and the space in the auditorium so make sure you book early to be sure to be able to join us at Greenhills 2025. We look forward to welcoming you again in 2025.
